What’s it like to win?
It’s always a fantastic feeling for competition winners when they receive a letter, or email, to say that they’ve won a prize. In most circumstances the prize doesn’t even have to be that big, because winning anything is usually better than winning nothing. There will always be runner-up prizes that may not quite be as welcome as they could be, but a win is a win!
What if I don’t enter?
If you don’t enter the free competitions then there’s no way that you can win. Often all it takes to enter is an email address and the answering of a simple question that is usually related to the competition sponsor or prize to be won. In general, the harder that the entry process is, the less entrants there will be. With less entries you will have a better chance of walking away with the top prize, so these prize draws are well worth giving an extra bit of thought to.
What’s the chances of winning?
Once your entry has been accepted you usually have as much chance as anyone else of winning the main prize, unless it’s a competition that requires some skill. With even more free competitions around now than there ever has been before, it’s a great time to enter online competitions. When entering competitions we would certainly advise that you don’t use a work email address for your entries because you can set up a new email address in a matter of minutes with a multitude of free email providers such as Gmail.com and Hotmail.com.
