Can England Triumph Down Under in the Rugby World Cup?

by , on September 9th, 2011

The Rugby World Cup in New Zealand got off to a flying start today with New Zealand beating Tonga and it’s all set to be a fantastic tournament with a host of more great games starting with Scotland v Romania at 2am on Saturday morning. All the home nations are competing in the tournament, so there’s going to be some keen interest over the coming weeks and some great betting markets.

Watching the England Rugby team in the group stage will be aided by favourable time slots for their games, with no starting times before 7am UK time. In their group, England face Argentina, Georgia, Romania and Scotland and it’s the top 2 teams that progress to the Quarter Finals which is likely to be played against either New Zealand or France. However any form of slip-up by England in their group could be costly because, if New Zealand win Pool A as they are now expected to, they will play the runners-up of England’s group. But if England are to win the World Cup, why not defeat some of the best teams on the way?

Our best wishes go out to all the home nations competing in this tournament and we wish them all well. If you are interested in Rugby World Cup betting at all, there are some great free bets for new customers available at the moment including up to £200 of free bets from Bet365. For details of this, please visit this link – Bet365 Free Bet.

If you do watch the Rugby World Cup we really hope that you enjoy what is surely going to be a fantastically fought out, and entertaining, tournament.

Kind regards,

Nick
